AiRoom provides tools for generating interior design concepts, furniture ideas, and related visual assets using artificial intelligence. We may update, enhance, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Access to certain features requires prepaid credits. Credits are non-refundable and expire or become invalid if the Service terminates or your account is closed. Prices and available packages may change at our discretion. Third-party payment providers process all transactions and their terms apply.

Outputs generated by the Service are created through automated systems and may include inaccuracies or unexpected results. You are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of any output for your intended use. We do not guarantee that generated content will be unique or free of third-party rights.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIROOM AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may terminate your use at any time by deactivating your account. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AiRoom is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction.
We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will post the updated Terms and update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
